Why Home Depot and Lowe’s Both Chose Re-Bath
Becoming the bathroom remodeling partner for both Home Depot and Lowe’s is a remarkable achievement for any company. Think about it: these two home improvement giants could have picked from hundreds of remodeling companies across the country. Yet they both chose us.
So, why Re-Bath?
Credentials That Earn Trust
We’re licensed, bonded, and insured. We offer the highest-quality product selections backed by the best warranties in the industry. And because we never use subcontractors, our customers can relax knowing their bathroom won’t sit torn apart for weeks.
Every project starts with a free in-home consultation. We take the time to get detailed measurements and help customers choose their products—all at no cost to them.
Our track record speaks for itself. We hold an A rating with the BBB and maintain a 4.8 out of 5 average star rating. We’ve even teamed up with HGTV star Jenny Marrs, who works with Re-Bath to create beautiful, inspired designs.
Customer Service That Sets Us Apart
As impressive as all of that is, nothing compares to our customer service. You simply won’t find another company that goes above and beyond the way Re-Bath does.
In remodeling, it’s not a question of if things go wrong—it’s when. Fortunately for our customers, we’re fully prepared to tackle any obstacle and keep their experience smooth from start to finish.
This combination of customer service, satisfaction, and craftsmanship is exactly why Home Depot and Lowe’s decided to partner with us.
A Win for Everyone
What’s in it for them? Each store earns a percentage of every sale we make—without taking on the headaches that in-home remodeling can bring.
What’s in it for us? Together, these stores welcome a combined average of more than 4,400 customers through their front doors every single day. There’s no better advertising than that.
These partnerships make up over 50% of Re-Bath’s business, and we help both retailers exceed their home services sales goals along the way.
In fact, Re-Bath is part of the “Big 5” home services. Among 30+ in-house providers, we rank in the top 5 for highest revenue produced for our stores.
That’s the Re-Bath difference—and it’s why two of the biggest names in home improvement trust us with their customers.
About our Home Depot Partnership.
Re-Bath is not Home Depot’s exclusive bathroom remodeling partner. This means that, at a local level, Home Depot selects its recommended bathroom remodeling partner.
Fortunately, in most areas, Home Depot has chosen Re-Bath! We’ve been partnering with Home Depot in select regions for over 10 years, and our collaboration continues to grow.
Reminders for Home Depot.
- We are not allowed to have business cards inside Home Depot, but BAs can write their names on brochures they hand out to customers.
- In Arizona, setting up at the front of the store is not permitted.
- Avoid mentioning anything about Lowe’s when speaking to Home Depot, and vice versa.
- Be sure to wear your Home Depot badge while in the store.
- If a store requests a display and doesn’t currently have one, consult your manager to determine if we can accommodate their request.
Home Depot’s Bella Aria Product.
For Home Depot customers, there is also a fourth shower product option: Bella Aria. Bella Aria is an Italian porcelain product that offers a high-end look without the high-end cost. It comes with a 15-year warranty, and Home Depot will be running a variety of in-store promotional discounts and campaigns to support the product.
Once our designers are in the home, they will walk customers through all available product options and explain the benefits of each, ensuring customers are fully educated on their shower remodeling choices.

About our Lowes Partnership.
Re-Bath is nationally contracted with Lowe’s across the entire country. This means that if there’s a local Re-Bath franchise in the area, they will be the bathroom remodeler available in Lowe’s stores. However, this partnership isn’t guaranteed forever.
Lowe’s has the ability to request the removal and replacement of a local franchise if issues arise, such as poor partnership, slow project timelines, or low sales performance.
To maintain and strengthen this partnership—just as we do with Home Depot—it’s crucial that we foster a positive relationship with our local Lowe’s stores.
Reminders for Lowes.
Brochure Stocking – Keeping Lowe’s brochures stocked is our responsibility.
Shower Displays – Some stores already have shower displays, and most will have one by the end of 2026. It’s our responsibility to clean these displays and report any damages for prompt repairs.
Cardboard Pop-Up Displays – For stores without shower displays, cardboard “elliptical” displays are used.
Business Cards – Lowe’s allows us to use personal business cards in stores.
Table Displays – Most Lowe’s stores are okay with table displays set up at the front of the store. Always check with the management team to confirm their preferred location.
Fashion Bath Area – This area is often unmanned by employees and tucked into a corner. If you set up your table here, find a highly visible spot. This area is a great place to engage customers browsing vanities, showers, and bath products.
Lowes Badge – Make sure you are wearing your Lowes badge when in a Lowes store.
