Understand your Brand Ambassador Role & Set Responsibilities.
Administrative Tasks
- Clock in/out and submit gas reimbursement in UKG daily.
- Check your BA Schedule Calendar in outlook weekly.
- Complete PI Index and Brand Ambassador Certification.
- Submit supply requests in Jot Form in a timely manner.
- Check work emails, team chats, daily during work hours.
- Provide end-of-day report in End-of-Day teams chat daily.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Set up tables and generate leads with a goal of 20 leads per month.
- Attempt to schedule appointments with a goal of 16 appointments per month.
- Provide mini PKs (Product Knowledge sessions) to sales associates with a goal of 80 per month.
- Leads audit – email 2261.leads@rebath.com with the names and phone numbers of your leads from the week so they can make sure your name is set as the taker.
Meetings & Team Collaboration
- Attend monthly team meetings (virtual or in person).
- For training purposes, other BA’s might shadow you or vice versa.
- Ride along with a designer to see a free in-home consultation.
- You may have to go to stores outside of your assigned territory.
In-Store Responsibilities
- Be presentable and in uniform.
- Wear the correct store badge during every shift.
- Clean in-store displays and stock brochures at Lowe’s.
- Clean in-store displays and ask Home Depot to fill brochures.
- Conduct a few mystery shops every quarter.
Marketing Events
- Attend other marketing events outside of National Accounts as needed. Like Home Shows, Expos, and Re-Bath Marketing events.
Dress Code & Uniform Policy.
Upon hire, you will be provided with four polo shirts. To help maintain a professional appearance, your manager may purchase up to two new shirts per Brand Ambassador twice per year. After one year with Re-Bath, you will also receive a Re-Bath jacket as a thank-you for your continued commitment.
Shirts: Company-provided polo shirts (short or long sleeve). New hires may wear plain t-shirts or polos until they receive their official shirts.
Fit: Shirts should be tucked in with a belt unless physically unable to do so.
Bottoms: Black or khaki slacks/pants.
Not allowed: Joggers, sweatpants, cargo pants, jeans, or leggings.
Summer Options: Longer shorts or knee-length skirts are acceptable.
Not allowed: Jean shorts, cargo shorts, or sweatpant shorts.
Hats: Only Re-Bath branded hats or beanies are permitted.
Shoes: Tennis shoes or closed-toe flats.
Corrective Action Policy.
Issues/Behaviors That Will Initiate the Corrective Action Process. Including but not limited to;
- Consistent tardiness or absenteeism without valid reason.
- Failure to produce Dr’s note after 3rd day of sick related absence.
- Failure to meet performance expectations or deadlines.
- Non-compliance with company policies or procedures.
- Unprofessional behavior or conduct in the workplace.
- Insubordination or refusal to follow instructions from management.
- Misuse of company resources or property.
- Breach of confidentiality or data security policies.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or workplace misconduct.
- Unsafe practices that jeopardize the health or safety of others.
- Verbal Warning
- Your manager will issue a verbal warning, accompanied by a verbal warning document.
- You will need to sign the document, which will be placed on file.
- You will have 30 days to address and resolve the issue.
- Written Warning
- If the issue persists, a written warning will be issued.
- You will have 15-30 days to correct the issue.
- HR and your manager will provide any necessary resources to support you.
- You will need to sign a written warning corrective action document, which will be added to your file.
- Final Written Warning
- If the issue remains unresolved, a final written warning will be issued.
- You will have one week to fix or correct the issue.
- A signed document will be placed on file.
- Failure to resolve the issue within this timeframe will result in a termination request.
Clocking In & Out, & Gas Reimbursement.
It is your responsibility to clock in and out each day and submit your mileage daily. Failure to do so will result in a verbal warning from your manager. Everyone is expected to take accountability for clocking in and out on time to help reduce payroll issues.
- Clock in when you arrive at your first store, and clock out when you leave.
- If you are visiting a store that is 60 minutes or more from your home, you may clock in for the drive time to the store and for the drive back home.
- You may collect mileage from the time you leave home until you return home.
- If you run personal errands after work, please deduct those miles from your daily total.

Marketing Kit Return Policy.
By the end of your training in your new role, you will receive a marketing kit containing materials such as, but not limited to, a company iPad, table, tablecloth, samples, and printed marketing materials.
Each Brand Ambassador is required to review the document below with their manager and sign it. This document outlines the total value of the company assets provided. Failure to return these assets to Re-Bath within 24 hours of separation may result in a deduction from your final paycheck and/or the start of a collections process.
